We recommend that your unit be maintained on an annual basis. Maintenance includes cleaning the filter, as well as the evaporator and condenser coils, lubricating motors and ensuring that your unit is operating properly. If you notice that your unit is not as efficient as it used to be, that it is rather noisy or that your wall thermostat does not seem to work properly, call us to learn about your options.
